MS. SONIA MORENO BÁEZ (MANAGING DIRECTOR)
She is originally from Mexico City. She studied Hindi at the Heritage Institute of Languages in Lucknow, U.P. (2015 - 2018) and Lucknow University. (2018-2019)
She taught Spanish face-to-face in IT. College, as a volunteer at the Heritage Institute of Languages from 2017 to 2019. She also taught private Spanish classes as a volunteer (from 2016 to 2022).
She started a project to teach Spanish called Cultural Training Center (CTC) with a Latin American millennial team.
She has experience managing projects, sales, finance, budget, and administrative functions since 1980. She has taught entrepreneurs how to start a business in Spain, Latin America, and Mexico since 2019.

MS. ROCIO PEREZ 
She is originally from Mexico. She has been a Spanish and crafts teacher in Lucknow. U.P.  since 2017. Her expertise is giving Mexican recipes and teaching how to prepare Mexican food.

MISS ALINE SANCHEZ (INSTAGRAM)
She is originally from Mexico. She studied communications and has worked with our team since 2021 with our social media and as a translator.

MS. SHIRLEY JOSEPH (FOOD CHIEF)
She is originally from India. She has been a cook since 2015, working with international brands like Pizza Hut and Indian companies that serve locals and foreigners. She is our star cook, giving a special touch to the food, making typical Mexican dishes, tortillas, and tortilla chips.

 MR. SANJU SUNAR (COOK´S ASSISTANT AND MAINTENANCE AREA)
Sanju Sunat is originally from India. He has worked in Coffee shops making fast food and serving coffee and snacks. He has worked in office areas in maintenance and cleaning. He is our expert in grinding the corn to make tortillas, and tortilla chips.
